Physician

Physician and Surgeons play a vital role in our society and put a great impact in all our lives. They diagnose our illness and prescribe medicines and treatment for them.  They often study the history of patient and prescribe the medicine accordingly. One can also visit them for their effective counsel on diet, hygiene and preventive health care. Physicians are categorized into two parts – M.D. (Doctor of Medicine) and D.O. (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine).  These doctors are noted or Allopathic remedies.  Physicians can work in more than one specialties including family, gynecology, general, pediatrics etc.  Anesthesiologists work on surgical patients during or after the surgery for pain relief.  They maintain the patient heart rate, body temperature, and blood pressure, breathing through continual monitoring and assessment during surgery.  Family and general part-owners help to relieve some general illness among people and in fact, they are the first to be contacted for health care.  They assess and treat a wide range of ailments including sinus respiratory infections to broken bones and scrapes.

Talking about general internists, they diagnose and provide non-surgical treatment for diseases and injuries of internal organ systems.  One may contact them for problems associated with internal organs like stomach, kidneys, liver and digestive tract.  Other specialists usually contact them, when more complex case is required.

Another category is of general Pediatricians.  They provide care from birth to early childhood.  They are mainly concerned with health of infants, children and teenagers.  One may contact them for all kinds of illness of injuries for the above mentioned age group.

Obstetricians and Gynecologists generally care about women’s health.  They provide special care for women during pregnancy and problems related to reproductive system.

They are many medical practitioners who specialize in treating mental illness.  They treat such illness with the help of Psychotherapy, Psychoanalysis, hospitalization and medication.  They also treat the patient by talking to them and treating them with love, thereby finding solution for emotional problems. They also undertake Elechocosivulsive therapy for patients who do not respond some physicians come under the category of surgeons.  They are experts in the treatment of injury disease and deformity through operations; they are skilled in using a variety of instruments with patient to  bone tissues etc.

The surgeries include the very important neurological surgery like treatment of brain and nervous system.  One can also trust with orthopedic, Otolaryngology (ear, nose and throat) and Ophthalmology (eye).

There are many other medical carrier options like allergists, cardiologists, dermatologists, pathologists etc.
